I represent individual homeowners in foreclosure proceedings and assist them in remodification efforts.  I am all to aware of your unethical and downright unlawful efforts to foreclose upon homeowners through dubious mechanisms like robo-signing and MERS when you can't even substantiate that you own the underlying mortgage--ie, the right to foreclose on it.  Then I know the quixotic process you force homeowners through under the auspices of the scandalously dysfunctional HAMP process.  Oh and you can be sure I am withdrawing my money from one of your institutions and plan not to use any of your oligopilistic institutions to finance my mortgage when I buy a home.
