This is what us shareholder say. Wall street and the speculators that never see a barrel of oil but drive the price up for Americans should be band. The capital can and trans action should be taxed for no another reason but to pay down the National debt. I realize you took advantage of congress making laws that let you take advantage of the housing bubble.
