    As a stockholder I strongly object to your wasting money that belongs to me -- money misspent in political contributions, excessively high executive salaries that are not based on our company's earned profits, golden parachutes for CEO's who brought their companies to financial failure, and the cost to me as a taxpayer for cleaning up environmentally polluting chemicals and oils (pollution which you indirectly supported by supporting the emasculation of the EPA).

You are forcing me to introduce guidelines for how you spend my money at the next annual stockholders' meeting.
