We bailed you out.  You thank us by treating your customers with contempt and disdain.

Your call is important to us?  Please.  I have lost track of the number of phone menus and the commercials you play while I'm on hold.  Every encounter takes at least half an hour of my life.  The automated system does not understand anything, including no and yes.  

I had a mortgage with you.  I paid it off.  So now, when I use my line of credit as my overdraft protection, because my mortgage is paid off you charge me $10 each time it forwards money to my checking account.  Free when I had a mortgage.  Now $5 for a debit card that was your idea to begin with?

One time you actually took $100 out of my account without any explanation. I disputed your action and you returned the money to my account.  

I DON"T TRUST YOU ANYMORE.

You tell people to keep paying their mortgages while you restructure their loans.  In the meantime you move forward with foreclosures.  So you just string them along to suck every last dollar out of them until you can take their home, when you don't even have the right documents that were signed by imposters of bank employees (yes I saw the report on 60 Minutes).  

The people who are making these decisions will never be accessible so I can lodge my complaints with them directly.  No, they are insulated by the thousands of poor overworked and underpaid (I'm sure) folks who have to answer the phone after I have become infuriated by the phone system.  

I'm disgusted.  I'm sure you are amused.  The things you do to me pale in comparison to what you've done to others.  Remember the story about Jesus and the money changers?  That's why the 99% people are outside your windows.

BTW, keep putting those we're the 1% signs up.  It's good to know where you are........
