  • We Fellow Citizens | 0

I want you all to invest your money in real things. In producing stuff we need both now and in the long run.
For too long you have really loaned your money via paper transactions and reaped loads of interest.
We are ultimately all in this together. I would prefer your getting with the program rather than the revolution we shall have if you do not.

  • Greed and Pollution | 0

Well, now you see that the voiceless do have a voice in this country and they know how to use it.

Your greed and pollution of this country can only net you things and they are very hard to keep a hold of when the shit hits the fan.

Where are you going to run to sinner man? There is no where in the world where you are welcome and outer space is very cold and unfriendly without a planet.

Time to give up your wars of violence and chaos.

Time to give back what you stole, clean up the mess you have made and hope the rest of us will forgive you for being a filthy greedy pig.

  • Spread the New Wealth! | 1

The 1% have more than 96% of the wealth in America. Good for you! Now is the time to help distribute the New Wealth to those of the middle class.

You can help by hiring more people that need and are qualified for your job openings and expansions.

You can help by helping community banks create funds to start and expand new smaller businesses.

If you do not change direction of new funds to the middle class we can guarantee that a great depression will happen within the next year. Then the real demonstrations will begin, these present protest are nothing compared to what will happen as more people become homeless and without any source of income to feed their families, they will get angry and it will make the Watts riots look like child's play.

Thanks for all that you do for helping others, we are really counting on you now. Blessings.

  • Occupy the Boardroom! | 0

D.D.adults at the max make $695/month - and if they earn anything over $65 it's taken out of their disabilities check. Now, it can't really be about revenue loss - how much do you think our DD brothers and sisters are making? - if 5% make minimum wage, I'll eat my debit card. So what is it?

The pervasive idea that someone somewhere might be getting away with something. And you know what someone is - and it isn't our folks with down syndrome - or the working poor, or the college student, the retiree.

But someone is 'getting away with something' & It's the top 1% - more like top 10% who are getting away with the murder of the middle class.

  • STOP THE GREED-WHEN IS ENOUGH ENOUGH | 0

Your message here. Tell Wall Street how you feel.
How much money is needed to eat, be sheltered, live. educate your kids and have a nest egg to retire? If this gives you satisfaction, then imagine all the other people in this country and the world who will not get the chance for the same thing. Karma means what you give is what you get. May you get what you deserve.

  • my overdraft fees when i had a bank of america account | 0

I was charged $45 per bounced check, and you had a nasty practice of letting a big check go through and bouncing a lot of iittle ones to jack up your fees even more. I am so glad I closed my account with you and opened one at a small branch that gives me $500 overdraft protection. The bigger the company, the greedier and less concerned with your customers you are. you corporate fat cats and rich big wigs can suck it!

  • Occupy the Boardroom! | 0

If the boardroom could find it in their heart to pay more than the usual paltry dividends to the owners of corporations, it might make the board members feel a little less guilt-ridden.

It would also be nice if shareholders had a little more to say about who is on the board so that shareholders could feel there is a bit of Democracy involved in the decisions made to continually overpay executives rather than return profits to owners.

  • The rest of us US Citizens | 0

We the People, the 99% are fellow and sister US Citizens. We DO count. We ARE human beings. We DO have feelings, ideas, thoughts and dreams. We HAVE families, friends and loved ones who we depend on and who depend on us.

Just because you 1% have so much of the total wealth in the United States does NOT mean that you are better than us or more powerful. You have been given much, and much IS expected from you in return.

There comes a point in life where people can only take so much. The past 30 years of Republican Rule in Congress (this does NOT include the 8 years of President Clinton in office or the past 2 years, 9 months of President Obama in office!) have gotten us to this point. It is now time to stop playing games, stop pretending that we can do for ourselves and can 'pull up our own bootstraps' even though almost all of us don't own a pair of boots anymore.

We are Fed Up with the bailing out of you and your companies, that were supposed to be 'Too Big to Fail' then watch as you gather more and more money into your vaults while the rest of us get stuck with the bills and the debt.

The Republican Tea Party is still backing the excuse that you have the right to make as much money as you want and that we should just allow you to pay little or no taxes and influence more of our jobs to be sent overseas.

Enough! We want a Fair Chance at this one life we all have. You have More than enough money to take care of yourselves and your families for the rest of your lives. You can easily go to your private vaults and pull out more money to pay taxes to the Federal Government and to help reduce our Huge Federal Deficit.

A pledge signed to Grover Norquist by Republican members of Congress and by Republican officials and Governors around the country have NO meaning to the rest of us. We are FOR a Fairer system of running our Government and AGAINST all this False, 'class warfare' talk and letting you 1% get away with not paying your fair share and having too much power over Congress.

Your time at the top is Done. Now it's Our Turn to have the chance to make a better life for Our Children!

  • Quit cutting services for people with disabilities! | 0

My brother has been on a wait list for housing services for 10 years. As a young man with a great personality and with down syndrome, he deserves far better than the constant cuts in the services he depends on. I'm tired of seeing his job coaches be lost, job opportunities closed, and seeing his depression with no where left to turn.

I'm paying my taxes, he is paying his. It's time for you to pay what you owe to my brother and all the others whose dreams you continue to crush.

  • look into the future | 1

no more. you steal. you lie. you enslave. you turn your back on the society from which you took your wealth. no more. the time of reckoning is here.

no more monopolies. no more buying our government officials to make a mockery of democracy. no more environmental rape. no more senseless wars to mask your power/resource grabs. you can agree to change or you can suffer the fall.

you think you have all the power now. but if 99% of the people withdraw their consent, you will fall.

    To whom it may concern:

My parents, Randal Duane and Frances Marie Malott, have worked hard their entire lives to care for my brother and I and to build a life. They own a modest house and two modest cars and have a minor savings account that they had hoped to grow a little more now that they are in their mid-fifties.
Frances lost her job over two years ago in customer service at a national carpet manufacturer because of cut backs related to the depressed housing market.
Randal lost his job a year ago as a manager of an branch of a company that provided temporary workers for construction and local city and county government.
They made modest salaries and never benefited from the boom times. They literally saved their pennies to pay off their home and their cars early and to help my grandmother pay for her medications.
Now they spend nearly $2000 a month out of their 30-year-old Bank of America accounts to maintain their COBRA insurance. The savings they worked for over 40 years falls away moment by moment. They seek out cheaper and cheaper foods, clean their devalued home over and over as "entertainment" because they can't afford the gas to go anywhere.
My father is applying for progressively more degrading jobs in the hopes of keeping at least their current austere life. So far he's been virtually ignored because the few available jobs (even at the lowest level) are being given to the younger and equally overqualified applicants.
My parents paid for your inflated salaries, they paid for your speculation, they paid for your bail out, and now they are paying for you to sit on a trillion dollars with their short future. A future that they sweated and saved for now looks like it will be a series of cheap bulk hamburger meat dinners, punctuated by window washing and heat waves with no air conditioning.
They are the 99% I protest for.

  • None of you will ever read this, but... | 0

I respect your right to get wealthy through your hard work. What I do not respect is your taking trillions of dollars in government handouts and pocketing them (as "bonuses") to make yourselves wealthier, while many of the rest of us can't even find jobs to put food on the table. I'm not sure how you sleep at night.

Your greed is inexcusable! There is a limit to what the 99% will tolerate and we have reached it. Time to inject some of your big bucks back into the system that allowed you to make it in the first place.

So you folks won't give up your privilege and high on the hog lifestyle unless it is taken from you. The public is tired of struggling everyday to keep you rolling in money and providing great health care for you and your families while we are scratching for every crumb that we can get. So the time has come where the public is fed up with the one way street that goes right into your bank account.
Try thinking about the 99% of us instead of having disdain for the very people that keep you alive.
