  • Sharing is next to godliness | 0

Hi, am a very angry person who woke up one day in September of this year and realized I was no longer demoralized, marginized, homoginized or polarized. I finally have a glimmer of hope not only for myself but for millions of 99ers around the world. My anger is directed squarely at the source of most of the evil in this world, you! I am also joyous because I have a voice and believe me you need to listen because what I say, what WE say will profoundly effect you and yours. "Be fair and share!" Something neither your mamma or your god taught you, but we will.

  • Educated and out of work | 0

There is a myth in this country that a good education will guarantee a good job with a commensurate good level of income. This has been dubbed the American dream. However, as you know, there are thousands of recent college graduates who are not finding this to be true, and the dream has turned into a nightmare.

You are in a powerful position to change this, to help Americans have good jobs that pay well, to house them in homes with mortgages that won't end up going sour, and to fund green industries. To do this will require that profit not be your only motive. Even Andrew Carnegie finally saw the light, although it was not until many suffered to make him a rich man.

If you take any pride in being an American and if you have a heart as well as a mind (think going to school at NMH), please see what you, a powerful human being, can do to make this society a better one for all of us!

Thank you for taking a moment to read this.

If you plutocrats didn't want cannabis prohibition and the drug war, we wouldn't have them. I know you make money from them, but there's money to be made by ending them too. Do the right thing for once in your sickeningly pampered, provilileged, oligarchic, and predatory lives!

it's funny. i'm an executive too. i started a company 30 years ago, but we actually make things! here in the USA! with highly skilled artisans who are each unique.
as the boss, i get paid more when we do well and when belts need to be tightened, mine gets tightened first.
when did it happen that CEOs reward themselves even as their companies are going under, they are off shoring jobs and they produce nothing, with salaries fit for emperors?
who needs that much money? i strongly believe there should be a rule that restricts the ratio between a CEO and the least paid employee, even if that employee is a FTZ slave in siri lanka making 12 cents an hour.
CEO pay needs to be based on something, on some reality, not out in fantasy land

Knowing what damage you have caused to the hard working people that have built this great Nation, how do you look at yourself in the mirror. Then the question has to be asked what values did your parents fail to instill in you as a child, to be able to do the selfish things you have done.

  • Hungry people | 0

    Dear Executives,
I am very concerned when I see and hear of people who are desperate for food. Two families came to my door last week. Wow! To think that people in this country are unable to find enough food to eat. Oh, and many of these people are children, who truly are dependent on others.
I ask you to find in your hearts and souls the kindness and the generosity to share the great wealth of our planet with the hungry people.
    Sincerely,

  • Stop hoarding & start investing in job creation | 0

The major banks have recorded earnings in the billions for this past quarter. There, however, do not seem to be record amounts of investing concomitant with the record earnings. Instead, obscenely high bonuses are awarded to the CEO's & other bank executives. If it were not for the other 98% & their tax dollars, your banks would have failed & forced into some kind of bankruptcy. We saved your institutions in spite of your greed that led to the economy's recession. It is only morally right & proper that now you give back to the economy by investing the wealth you've acquired into companies that will create jobs - significant jobs - to get the 98% back to work !

To all concerned. I know you want this mess on Wall St. to end. Lets face it. The chance of some of you going to jail and or paying hefty fines are starting to haunt your minds, i know it. Well, one way to end this madness would be to start hiring all those you laid off. Another good start would be to stop Outsourcing American jobs as well. You must realize that your customers hate talking to people who are not American citizens and then to put salt on the wound have to give out private information such as social security numbers to a foreign country.
Come on, hire us back or those prison cells will start to look like a reality.

  • Before Ya'll Went Hog Wild | 0

I had a booming business, a house I could afford, money for something besides beans and split peas, and clothes that I didn't buy at Salvation Army

And now everyday I worry and wonder how I can spend less money. I don't have tv anymore. I got dsl without the phone service. I shop at the dollar store. And I boil a lot of peas and beans.

Maybe if we could roll regulation back to before Phil Gramm boogered up our economy in 1999, then other people would have money to spend to buy stuff from me, and I would then have money to spend on healthcare (I cannot afford health insurance) and home repairs and car repairs. Oh yeah, and gas... even with a Prius... you're killing me here.

  • 61 year old who has worked for 41 years | 0

I have worked for 41 years, part of those for a major oil company who outsourced the area of the company that I worked in; therefore; causing me to lose continued benefits and the retirement I had counted on. (Sounds like corporate greed to me.)

Now my 401K will not be enough for me to retire on in a comfortable fashion because of the greed of the 1% who have continually taken bigs salaries and have not paid taxes. The middle class continues to suffer from that greed. I will need to work until I am 70 years old to be able to retire comfortably.

  • French Revolution | 0

Back in the days of yesteryear, the French people (the 99%) had had enough of the oppression from the palace. The heads of the oppressors were soon found atop spears and were put on display for all to see.

The barons of Wall Street and their minions are today just as oppressive as the royalty that sparked the French Revolution. It would be wise of them to take note that the 99% in America are pissed-off! We're fed-up with their thievery!

  • Corporations, jobs and the economy | 0

Corporations and their elite executives are in business to make money. Period. They have no concern for any real person. They would gladly get rich without employing a single worker below the executive level. They are happy to go overseas and abuse the workers there. They have no allegiance at all to America or Americans. Let's end glabalization. Corporations must be regulated and controlled and taxed for the good of the rest of us. And it is time to go back to the 90% tax rate for the ultra rich.
    AND CORPORATIONS ARE NOT PEOPLE.

  • Equality | 0

We the 99% have to have an equal voice in the political system! Money is not speech. We do not begrudge you your wealth, however we expect you to pay a fair share for your use of the commons. You use our media to control us, but those are our airwaves. You use our roads for your products, but those are our infrastructure. You pollute our air and water, but those are our commons. You must give back to the community which you used to get ahead and pay for your added use of the commons. Enact and support the "Buffet Rule"! This country made you great and helped you get ahead - You owe this country a debt of grattitude! Pay your fair share and stop fighting corporate regulation! These regulations are our protection against the unscrupulous! Consumer protection is the real name of regulations - we can not test our food, or air or water - we enact regulations and the Government (We the People) provides inspectors and they ensure our safety! Free Trade does not exist - we need Fair trade - which includes consumer and worker protection for all of us - sometimes this may cost more but the benefit is a safe environment and healthy existence for ALL of us.

  • Invest in American jobs in America | 0

    Dear Big Bank Executives,
Sadly you have destroyed the positive image of the banker we can trust in our communities to help our citizens to qualify for home loans that are fair. Homeowners once again need to develop a lifelong bond with their banker who helped them stay in their home for their lifetime.
Today Big Banks need to help save homes from foreclosure and help invest in education for the future and invest in jobs for America.
Bankers need to show they want to invest in America first and profits second.

  • The REAL Truth | 0

Yes I know the real truth. I spent the last 12 years in the banking industry and am acutely aware of the reasons for the financial mess this country is in. I had to stand by and watch while the good people of this country were swindled, robbed, cheated and lied to on a daily basis. I now watch as you stock pile billions of dollars in profits and refuse to lend to us worthy individuals who want to buy homes, expand businesses, open new businesses and invest in the future of this country. You knowingly and purposfully destroyed the real estate market in this nation and therefore the economy in its entirety. It all began with real estate and the only end is when real estae comes back, YOU devils are in control of this. When a woman with an 800 fico score, no debt and an income of more than $6k per month has trouble getting a mortgage then something is terribly wrong and what is wrong is YOU! I now hope with the help of this movement that you are finally exposed for the traitors you are. I am ill from being forced to lie and cheat my clients but am thankful that i escaped your madness and also that now the REAL Truth can finally be told

  • Scammer Protection | 0

Wall Street, I was scammed once and I was member of BOA(Bank of America). BOA did not protect me while check and Money order was fake and BOA label me as fraud which I am not. It took me 8 months to clear my name and clear my name on Chex System also. I know I am not alone who has been scammed by this. Question is, How do we fight to protect the bankers from being scammed like me. like MADOFF scammed the Wall ST with 50 billion dollars. Wall ST. need to think twice about protect american people like me who has work hard to earned who make more money than us like a 100 million dollars a year and some other makes 300 million dollars a year while other make less than 20 thousand a year or little more as they work hard 40-60 hours a week.

It is time for WALL ST. to protect america Poeple's money as Taxpaers, stocks, other among that related to Wall st. So, Since we all have been scammed few times thinking they are working for some companies, turns into nightmarish. Do something if you really care about us, show to us and open to us. Protect us Please.

FYI: I am no longer as BOA due fraud Label. I cannot go back. I moved my money to TD Bank as now I am member of TD Bank. I strongly advised that you take us very seriiously and Scam Watchers include SEC too. Do something to make it better. We all know WAll ST have been scammed alot. IT is time to be scam watcher and others who are stealing WALL ST money that cause to HAVOC the economy.
