We can't get the credit our business needs | 0
My wife & I have been entrepreneurs for over 20 years and have had two businesses together. When the construction industry went belly up, our low voltage company went with it and we not only did not have a company but no jobs either. Thankfully, we were able to come up with another company selling an invention we came up with and are now selling that product in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom & Australia and soon to be in Belgium, Spain and the Netherlands. During the time we had out other companies we never had a hard time getting loans, credit cards or lines of credit to help run our company, now we can’t even get an increased limit on a stupid $1500 credit card that we only use for business. Work for College Graduates | 0
When are you going to create jobs for our young college graduates who have been forced to scratch out a living working retail, temping, or internships that lead to dead ends? Why are you sacking working Americans with the responsibility of taking care of their young college graduates who cannot afford to live out on their own? Never mind the fact that many of us are also taking care of aging parents and are aging ourselves. Are you satisfied with your new world order? An age of fast foods, retail stores that many of us cannot afford to shop in, no health care, high unemployment, shrinking resources, environmental issues. What kind of world are you saving your billions for and for whom? No matter how much you make you cannot take it with you. It won't get you a drink of water in hell. Phyllis Bennett 60046
Sorry, greedy pigs, your time is over | 0
It's time to redistribute and share the wealth. It's also time to create sustainable and just economies, or we won't have human civilization on the earth in a couple of centuries. Sorry greedy pigs, your time is over, it's time to share. You'll probably find that your much happier when you do! Evan Eisentrager
FRAUD | 0
I have just finished viewing the documentary Inside Job for the 2nd time. You are ALL guilty of fraud and destroying our economy and the 99% of us KNOW it. We will not go away! I am a senior citizen who worked hard and saved all of my life for my retirement -- YOU have destroyed my savings due to your dealings in mortgage fraud and foreclosure fraud as well as the CDO's, etc. You belong in prison. I wish I could have lived out my senior years believing in Government OF, BY, and FOR the PEOPLE, but you, with your ill-gotten billions have stolen that from the 99% by buying our Congress, President, and our Courts. SHAME! Nancy Seats 63119-5024
The American Dream is about everyone's chance for happiness | 0
We got 'rid' of the monarchy once in this country. We need to get 'rid' of the 'rich players' that the middle class is paying for right now. Those who 'steal' $ (by 'accepting' an immorally large bonus) need to have a chance to repay or go to jail. It is immoral to make millions in bonus $ while others, who normally work, struggle to find a job. The American dream is not about everyone's chance to be rich. It is about everyone's chance for happiness, and to be a good steward of the people - your neighbors, friends and extended family. How dare you live in more than 1 fancy home while others are losing their only home. The same for those in Hollywood who care - sell off the 'extras' and help start a small business or work with a non-profit to help those looking for work find a job. You can make a difference for the common good. Jill MacFarlane

Dearest Timothy Sloan, How are you my dear friend? To be perfectly honest with you I haven’t an idea what Wells Fargo is, but I’m sure that it is something very special and meaningful to you; something that has provided you with much joy and happiness throughout your lifetime and is something that you hope to sustain for future generations to wreak the Wells Fargo rewards. I will keep this email short because I know with absolute certainty that you are a hard worker. I want to ask you what books do you like to read, what music do you enjoy listening to, and what films do you like to watch? (if any) Thank you very much for taking the time to read my email. I look for to hearing from you. :) Sincerely Graham Janz
So Tired and Scared for the Future | 0
I am a 34 year old woman with a graduate degree. I work full-time as a hospice social worker, counseling dying people and their families. My husband is a 35 year old small business owner, as well as a student. We have two beautiful children. We don’t ask for much in life. We own a small home (that is now worth about 1/2 of what we purchased it for). We both drive old cars. We buy whatever we can at secondhand and thrift stores. We don’t go out. We don’t eat out. We contribute meger sums to a 403b, hoping that the market doesn’t wipe it out completely. We have virtually no other savings. We also have over $50,000 in credit card debt. We work SO HARD day in and day out, and we can never seem to get ahead. We are not CEO’s or “important people”, but we value what we do and we believe it contributes value to society. We just want to live comfortably and without fear that our modest lifestyle and hopes for the future will be shattered. We just want a level playing field, and the promise of the American Dream that we grew up believing in. We don’t feel that we get a say in what happens in this country. That needs to change. That is the message that OWS is trying to send to you. WE ARE THE 99%.

Thanks for the lower house value and thanks for letting me bail you out! | 0
I just wanted to give you a thumbs up for shifting your risky and pesky derivatives unto taxpayers, we appreciate it soooo much. I am pleased to tell you that with the added burden of the recent meltdown, we are underwater on our home. It’s wonderful to know we are saddled with a home loan with a value that is higher than our home is worth. It makes me all warm and happy to know that I am paying extra thanks to you wrecking the economy. I really like that we cannot achieve our dream of moving to a warmer climate sooner. Goals are meant to be broken, promises/ dream are well turning to crap. I am super pleased to see you shifting your riskiest derivatives unto taxpayer backs again. It gives me such hope for the future knowing that my children will be paying for your inept management well into the future. With Love, Yet another taxpayer in America

You may be receive scathing messages from fellow Americans who are fed up or angry with the banking system, the rich, etc. I am not angry. I simply want to have a conversation with someone who doesn’t understand why we are spending our time and energy within this movement. If that’s you, then email me and let’s talk. Take time for yourself. I’m a great person. Smart. Funny. Happy. Healthy and this is not a solicitation for any favors. As I said, I simply want to talk and get your side of the story. Thanks and enjoy the rest of your day! K
Why has no one gone to jail for crashing the economy? | 1
The wholesale fraud that crashed the economy back in 2008 had hundreds of big time participants. Why is it that no one has gone to jail for this so far. Who is protecting the guilty and why? David Conlon 23314

what money means | 0
Dear Wall St. Executives, I know you work hard, harder than anyone should have to work. You sacrifice many hours for your companies, hours you could be spending at home with your families. The thing is, many many other people work just as hard, but when it comes to payday they can barely pay the bills. I don't understand why someone who has millions needs to keep trying to get another million. At that point, it seems money no longer has any power, or at least not in the way it was an intended, as an instrument of trade. It is merely a status symbol. I pray that you use this moment in history to ask yourselves the hard questions: why am I doing this? What would I lose by being more generous? What might I gain? Please consider how your actions affect the rest of the world and act in accordance with your conscience. Respectfully, Miriam Brodersen Durham, NC Miriam 27705

First most of your loans are insured this is how AIG got pulled into bail out. Then part of bail out was to make sincere effort to help modify loans. But if you do not lower the mortgage balance owed to reflect current market value people do not have a true modification. Someone needs to go to jail. You guys new we were on a bubble what was causing the bubble and yet you made money off betting the market would crash. People made a lot of money that day while we the 98% lost everything. james doxey 94124
